Went to check in and they said they didn't have a room- also said they wouldn't refund my money. Said I didn't try calling them and I did I have proof on my phone. Also tried e-mailing them to let them know I would be late for check in. Which ultimately shouldn't matter being the room is paid in full. Wouldn't let me stay- said they had not additional rooms available.
