The staff was great and very attentive when asked to help. Hotel is nicely appointed and arranged neatly. Breakfasts were good but wished there was a little more fruit/european options. My only complaint was when my granddaughter dropped her earbuds and the slid under the bed, she pulled them out with a large handful of fuzz and dirt. There was a substantial amount under there. We did appreciate the shuttle to the airport/train since the hotel was quite a distance off the main routes. We did enjoy our visit though.

La chambre est très confortable avec les deux lit. Plutôt propre et adapté aux familles. Le personel de nuit est très agréable que ceux de la journée. Nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité et avons dû changer de chambre. Nous avons demandé à faire un Checkout après 16h en payant un supplément de 40€ un des employée nous a dit que c’était bon mais le lendemain nous n’avons pas eu la même réponse. Autrement notre séjour s’est bien passé.

The staff was really lovely! We had an issue with the shuttle that was not running anymore when we arrived and they manage to find us a solution! The beds were so comfortable too it was great! We had a very pleasant stay there

The room was great, lots of space. The staff was always helpful. This is a cashless hotel. The entertainment next door helped pass the time when I didn't have other plans. Parking was plentiful and the cost was decent for the 6 nights I was there.
The front desk has tokens if you want to use the laundry equipment. Much cheaper than the actual laundry service. €3,50 each machine and there is a clothes line in the bathroom if they don't get all the way dry.
