Both in summer and winter you will be able to relax here

The ski area Wildschönau-Niederau is only 5 minutes away by car and the ski area Wilder-Kaiser-Brixental is only 10 minutes away by car. The area also has much to offer year-round and you have direct access to cycling or walking routes from the house. The cross-country ski trail also runs past the house
