Welcome to an enchanting retreat embraced by serene peace and lush nature. Our beautiful farmhouse, just outside the city centre, offers a newly built holiday flat on the second floor. A place for peace seekers and nature lovers, where live animals enrich the experience. Discover this magical accommodation for up to 4 people. Surrounded by a lush garden and with a sunny balcony for stunning views of the Kitzbühel Alps
In summer as well as in winter, there are plenty of activities right on the doorstep.
A special highlight of our house is that you can buy our fresh products directly from us. Our farm is surrounded by a large garden. From our beautiful sunny balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Kitzbühel Alps. The free ski bus stops nearby and takes you directly to the next entrance to the wonderful ski world
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
