Noisy room close to road

I left the accomodation early after one night. It started in the communication, i got check in details after continues sending texts and only 30 minutes prior to check in. The description says cozy oasis with a view but its no oasis at all. The room is next to a busy road where you hear noisy cars and trucks all day and night. It said it had an terrace but its a smal space between the road and next to construction work of the neighbours. Also the kitchen wasn't clean and the bed felt old. I came to relax so decided to leave and find an other better appartment closeby.
