Spacious Waters Resort 3/2 Condo with Views of Lake LBJ

Spacious Horseshoe Bay condo with views of Lake LBJ. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour, on the large North facing balcony. The open-concept living area provides plenty of room to relax and entertain. Located at The Waters on Lake LBJ, you will have access to the on-site swimming pool and spa (pool towels are not provided) and grilling areas. This unit is conveniently situated across from the Yacht Club, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Bay Resort attractions. There are plenty of golfing opportunities within 5 miles.

NOTE: This condo does NOT have direct access to the Members ONLY Resort amenities. They are exclusive to Resort Members Only.

LIVING AREA
After spending a day at the lake, relax in the lake-view living area playing games with the family or reading a book. The smart TV (with sound bar) makes for a great evening watching movies. There is no cable, but streaming is available.

KITCHEN & DINING
The full kitchen has all the utensils needed to enjoy your getaway at the lake. Gas grills are available, just outside, viewable from the deck.

BED & BATH
This condo sleeps eight guests (6 adults max) in the three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access, lake views, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The other two guest rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination; one room has a queen-size bed, and the other has two twins.

The living room sofa converts to a queen size sleeper.

One assigned parking spot is available in the parking garage.....parking spot 23, which is close to the elevator. Additional first-come, first-serve guest parking is outside the parking garage. Do not park in the carport.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION
Rent a boat or wave runner to explore the open waters of Lake LBJ, or blow up your air mattress and relax on the calm inlet waters. The Horseshoe Bay area also offers great fishing, hiking trails, and caverns to explore.

If you choose to bring your own boat, day docks, for day use only, are just a short distance from the condo. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake, so there is no need to worry about water levels. Boat and boat trailer parking is not available onsite. Lake LJB Yacht Club & Marina is 2.5 miles away and offers daily rates for boat and boat trailer parking (830-693-9172).

Take a day trip to Fredricksburg for shopping or wine tasting, or discover Austin's music scene approximately 60 minutes away.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Zero communication with host - phone voicemail full and won’t answer text. Fridge/Kitchen disgusting- dishes dirty.. Beds not clean. Absolutely terrible. Not vacuumed. We left immediately and had to find other accommodation. I don’t understand how they got positive ratings for prior stays - very disappointed and out 2k plus the cost of the alternative accommodations.

Small Getaway

The beds in all the rooms are nice bedding and very comfortable. I give them ten stars for the beds. The condo was clean and stocked. I like how they put robes in all the closest. It is nicley furnished too. Even thoug some pieces are a little dated. The condo needs updating; It lacks good lighting everywhere, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were a couple of light blurbs out and need replacing. The TVs in the condo need to be updated or have access to apps for streaming. A detailed process on how to add internet to the TVs. This is important for families with young kids. The Ice Machine was broken when we got there and still is broken and needs to be fixed. The tile in the master bath needs to be fixed. The patio furniture needs a really good power wash. It would help if you didn’t have to clean the patio furniture on vacation. Overall, it's a nice condo; you can easily access all HSB activities.

Family Wedding Weekend

This house was great for a weekend in Horseshoe Bay celebrating a wedding. It is close to the resort and all golf courses. The home has a well stocked kitchen and bedrooms that easily accommodated my entire family. Will stay here again.

Wonderful condo, very well done on the inside, great views through the back windows. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Only drawback is that the pool was still closed! (A minor issue was that some of the light bulbs need to be changed and the WIFI was a bit slow; but this did not significantly impact our stay).

Family Wedding Trip Horseshoe Bay

This is a fantastic condo. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished; it was incredibly clean, bright and well appointed. It offers wonderful views of Lake LBJ and is conveniently situated within the resort. Erin was wonderful to talk to. We highly recommend this condo for any trip to Horseshoe Bay/Lake LBJ.

Owner was very nice. Property was great, disappointed pool was closed and was not advised about it. Overall, excellent condo but without the pool and unable to use other amenities (only for members) be sure to bring a boat or have other activities planned. I would stay here again, the pool was beyond owners control but it would have been nice to know about the pool closing before booking.

Luxurious condo

The condo was furnished with comfortable furniture,, upscale pillows and bed linens and there were ample kitchen utensils and cookware. Probably the best vacation rental my friends and I have stayed at in my 10 years of recent traveling. Definitely would recommend.
