With the bus route straight from the street into the town centre, you can browse through Horsham's coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants. The perfect home away from home getaway!

KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen and dining area have tonnes of natural daylight pouring in from the conservatory that opens out onto a lovely, sunny garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer/dryer plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the entrance and guests are welcome to use.

LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you’ll find the sociable living room set up with two sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.


ON THE 1ST FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, king-size bed, sleeps 2, is on the first floor and has a wardrobe and a bedside table
- Bedroom 2, a bunk bed, sleeps 2, is also on the first floor with a bedside table

IN ADDITION

* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
* Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
* Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
* A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets, and only some properties allow pets on request.
