The living room has a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace and a large stack of firewood is provided for the fireplace or outdoor fire pit! The eat-in kitchen is well appointed and includes everything needed for preparing your own meals.

There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds with brand new furniture and premium, comfy mattresses. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top! There is one full bathroom with a brand new tub/shower combo.

The home's HVAC system is state of the art and includes an ultra violet light filter that kills all viruses including COVID. There is a new UV water filtration system as well.

The cottage is located 2 miles down a well-maintained gravel country road, only traveled by the people who live there. Enjoy complete peace and quiet at this cozy cottage - a tranquil, pastoral setting by day and amazing dark skies by night. Your furry friends are welcome here (dogs only please and no more than 2. $100 pet fee applies). They too will love hanging out on the front porch that is gated or curling up with you at the fire pit!
