Very spacious! Clean, well supplied and bed so comfortable that we extended our stay. Blake is a great host, easy communication. Easy access to upper floor. 30 minutes or less.from Lake Ouachita, crystal mining and other activities.

Great stay right on the channel

Great place to enjoy time w the family on the lake. Be careful with the spiraling stairs, as they can be dangerous for pets or small children if they get curious. There was a baby gate to protect them from venturing down there, but not in place when we first got there and one of our dogs fell halfway down the stairs. The home had a comfy feel to it and the porch and dock were amazing.

Blake is very responsive. House is a great setup for a family of four. Slow WiFi - was getting only 12 mbps up and down. Might be challenging if you’re trying to work from there.

Awesome place

Everything was clean and the beds are so comfortable. Plenty of room for all to have their own space. Great decks with million dollar view of the lake. Location close to Oaklawn and restaurants.

Beautiful home for vacation.

Loved everything about the property. The house had everything and more to stay in when it rained. The 2 level decks are really nice to just sit and sip your coffee in the morning overlooking the Ouachita river. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lakehouse fun.

The whole family enjoyed the house on the lake. They enjoyed swimming and fishing. We also enjoyed going to science museum and going to magic springs. Also going to Casino was fun for adults overall one of our best family vacations.
