Peaceful

quiet and peaceful. Plenty room for kids to have their own space and get away from each other. Spent some time at lake balboa so the kids could swim. Overall satisfied with stay other than once we arrived I walked downstairs to check out the bedrooms and once I cleared the bottom steps I stepped into a sopping wet carpet in front of the AC (drain was clogged) not sure who it falls on but called the office within 5 minutes of arriving and let them know the carpet was soaked and she replies with “we thought the issue got fixed SRRy” had it not been for that issue I would recommend this place if you don’t mind the place being outdated and very reasonable on price.
