Excelente lugar

Es un hotel nuevo, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personales muy amable. El restaurante tiene un menú variado, los platillos están bien preparados. La alberca magnífica. Todo el espacio es excepcional. Estuve en el hotel por descanso y con niños, todos nos divertimos mucho, además, está muy cerca de la zona arqueológica Edzna.

Lo pensaría antes de regresar

El suministro de luz estuvo intermitente; con el calor en estas fechas es una mala experiencia, encontramos objetos en la habitación (Mala limpieza), hay que estar pagando la cuenta en cada comida y cada snack, dulce etc. no hay sistema para dejar un baucher abierto para evitar esa pérdida de tiempo, el menú del restaurante es básico, sin embargo no hay productos que no están disponibles, no hay hielo y agua libre de consumo, hay que ir al restaurante.
