Communication was great and very easy to access home. We opted for reserved parking within the gate and it was well worth it. Neighbors were nice and kept to themselves. You do hear typical apt noise but it wasn't excessive/annoying. The apt was exactly as described. There were a few suggestions made during our stay and host was very receptive to them. The area was close to bars/restaurants but also private. We stayed during the World Baseball Classic and rode bus 82 to downtown. The stop was just a block over. We also drove to various of places (restaurants, HEB, distilleries and Daikin Park) and all were very close drives. The Cherryhurst neighborhood near by was so cute and we walked to the park to get some exercise in. If you are visiting downtown Houston, this is a great place to stay at. Will return again.

The room was as described. It was very clean and contained everything we needed. The location was perfect and the communication with the host was quick and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!
