Great location for Rice Village and University

Enjoyed having the three bedrooms and layout was excellent for family. Perfect location to walk to Rice village. We did uber to downtown and also NRG and it was easy.

Great location

Great location, home is near Rice university and the village. Nice house, great mattress and towels. Somewhat dated home and the house itself does appear to actually share walls with another residence, but I didn’t hear anyone else. The garage is used by another neighbor. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the owner was very helpful throughout my stay.
