Room Telephone not working hence impossible to reach out to any one in Hotel, including Reception or Concierge or Room Service or House Keeping or Bell captain. The only solution was to go up and down to Reception. The Bath Shower was clogging heavily on day 1, for which I had to go down to reception to address. Floor Vacuuming was poor... hair strands were accumulated around the room and bathroom corners. Dust bin was not cleared until I had to address it. I was expecting a Delivery from Sephora, which was received at the Hotel but it was not tagged correctly. I had to trace the entire delivery to convince the Hotel reception that the delivery was done and they finally found it just before my check-out. During check-out, despite the heavy luggage tags, one of the Pcs was not handed over to Airport chaffeur, which I found out after reaching the Airport. I had to pay USD $ 125 cash to the drive to rush back and collect.
