Phone did not work in the room but when calling down to front desk they were very helpful. Ordered room service and the food was great. Rooftop bar needs some TLC. Great space but bar is little dingy and smells of old beer and liquor. Room was clean and nice

Nice hotel in a central part of town. The Parker valet service was great - kind and helpful. Shout out to Basha who was awesome. The rooms were nice. With kids, wish there was a microwave where we could reheat food or even one available in the lobby downstairs. We got vouchers for breakfast and it was a bit confusing. I had added it onto our room reservation and thought we would get breakfast for each person and instead just got it for the adults. It needs to be more clear. Housekeeping, Miss our room one day and we had no towels, toilet paper, beds made. After a few attempts at the front desk, we finally got everything two hours after our request, laid into the night. This is not acceptable. Rooms were a bit dirty. Stains on the sofas and even a blood stain on our sheets. Overall, for this four star hotel, we would’ve expected better. Probably won’t return here again.
