Welcome to your serene getaway in Houston! This cozy 1-bedroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located on the 1st floor of a gated apartment community, you`ll have easy access to all amenities and a sense of security. With a private patio and access to a resort-style pool and spa, this unit is your retreat after a day of exploring the city or relaxing in the nearby parks.
Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. Pool/Spa Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note, they may close unexpectedly for maintenance or chemical rebalancing.
3. Message us for gym access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
