The carpet in the elevator and in the hallways were stained and smelled pretty bad. Once I was in my room the smell was not bad. I walked into the bathroom to take a shower and as soon as I opened the shower curtain, there was a huge spider and spider webs in the ceiling of the bathtub. I spoke to the front desk and they said there was not anybody to take care of the spider and it would have to wait until the next day. It was overall a bad experience and I will not stay there on my next trip.

There was a problem with first room. However, staff were gracious to accommodate me quickly and move me to another room. Biggest problem was how young teenage children (seem like about 2 or 3 sport teams) ran up and down hallways recklessly and loudly all day and into the late evening. Management and staff didn’t seem to know how to handle multiple complaints about it.

The stay was horrible and there was an infestation of roaches in both rooms. In one room there was massive stain of dried blood on the floor right before the bathroom. We left literally that same night due to the roaches and they have yet to give us a refund!!!!

This is an older hotel on Louetta, about a block from 249. In the evenings the room (which faced Louetta) is noisy from loud cars and motorcycles driving up and down on these two busy roads. Secondly, we were staying two nights and were told on check in that the room would be "refreshed" every third day, so we were not there long enough for that. We said that was okay, but could we get some clean towels on the second night, and the front desk clerk said certainly, and sometime housekeeping goes above and beyond and will just clean the room and make the bed. Great we said! Of course, you know what happened. Nothing. No clean towels and most of ours were placed on the floor, thinking we'd get fresh towels, but at 9:30 PM, I'm not chasing someone down for a clean bath cloth and towels. Take a shower, use a hand towel, reuse your bath cloth (from the floor) and move on. The room had a faint, but distinct "pet" (urine) odor and the mattress left both my wife and I with a backache both days. Suffice it to say this. The hotel was at best, average. Folks were friendly enough, property was safe, well kept, lobby was clean, elevators were fine, but there is nothing that you could say was above average for a medium priced ($160. per night) hotel. Not bad, not great, just average.

Upon arrival, we discovered no phone in the room to call the front desk, no remote for the television, and a broken deadbolt. I requested a new remote. They gave me one that did not work. I requested a phone and was told that they were changing systems. I requested a new room with a safe deadbolt. I was declined. I left.

Bad money grab at a 1 star place

Rough sheets...felt itchy all night...lots of deferred maintenance....dirty throughout room in bathroom and corners of room. Insult to injury is that you pay to park in a parking lot. 1/2 empty flat lot outside of hotel. Not valet, not parking garage, not covered.. just an open lot
