Had a great experience. Check in was easy and that was with me solo and 3 kids (including an infant). The only issue that was a bit inconvenient was that the fridge was hot when we got there and it took a couple of days to figure out what the settings on the fridge meant. (PSA: the higher the number, the colder it gets ... not the inverse which is what the front desk guessed)

Pleasant but Pricey

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The room was lovely and other than a few very minor complaints (a loose bar in the shower, very slippery shower floor - please be careful! Both my husband and I almost fell - and extremely starchy and stiff towels, which seems standard fare for hotels these days) we had a nice time. The hotel breakfast buffet also left a bit to be desired as there wasn’t much variety, but hey, it’s free and complimentary so if it’s not your cup of tea, there are plenty of nearby options to get yourself a better breakfast. We didn’t utilize the pool or any other amenities so I cannot speak to those. As someone who has stayed in many similar places it is overpriced for what it is, it’s quite nice but you would expect something more remarkable with that price tag; maybe something like having room service or a bar or even just a balcony or something included. But if you’re looking to splurge on a convenient location and just a pleasant couple of days, I would recommend it.

Worth the Money

This was my second time staying here. Facility is nice and the rooms are very decent with a pool that is beautiful and unique. The hotel also has a very large selection for side purchases of food, products, and drinks. The area is overall nice and quiet as well as being fairly close to the Cynthia Woods Pavillion.
