The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful. The heated pool was great for our daughter, and the free laundry was so helpful after getting off a 5-day cruise.

All around wonderful hotel.

The staff are super nice. The breakfast is hands-down, the best free buffet breakfast I have had in a hotel. The rooms are always clean and very well kept. The star of the show is their cleaning crew who will clean your room. Anytime you ask them to. The location of this hotel is also one of its best benefits. Not only is it close to the medical center, but it is directly across the street from Herman Park, which is you many miles of trails to walk on in the morning and enjoy a little nature.
