Perfect respite while at MD Anderson

The room was large and spacious and had a kitchen and all was spotless. It was very quiet. Ice machines on each floor. there is a gym, a laundry and an outdoor pool. There are lobby areas for working. Very nice

Most guests were there for the Medical Center nearby. Many guests had serious medical conditions. The entire staff was kind and helpful and there to do whatever their guests needed. A great place to stay if your going to the medical center!

There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel, but there is a Subway and a small restaurant inside the hotel. There is a pool and outdoor sitting area.

We stayed at this property for a few days dropping my son off at Rice. There was a musty odor from the carpets and multiple requests to the front desk for cleaning and towels and coffee pods were ignored. The dishwasher smelled and their was hair on the inside of the sliding bathroom door. Overall a poor experience.

We enjoyed our stay and loved its proximity to the Med Center, our daughter’s appointment, and along a beautiful path and walkway. We felt safe and the. Towel w quiet and comfortable. Loved the ability to eat not only breakfast, but dinner, and full service bar as well in the evening.

This property is a great place to stay for a hotel. The downside was trying to use the kitchenette. The hot plate provided had a peculiar smell to the pot, even after rinsing the pot. We ended up having to throw away the dish we were trying to cook as it took on the smell and did not taste correct.
