Roaches EVERY WHERE!! Scamer!!

My daughter, her husband, my other daughter & myself stayed here for a week...none of us smoke cigarettes by the way! Tragically my grandson died & my daughter/her husband didnt want to go home. So I rented for a week to give them some time to process. I run a business so im busy most of the time. I normally am home from 10pm-6pm. So i didnt see the roached the first 2 days. My daughter called me about it & i thought it was wood/outside roaches she was talking about until the 3rd day. I went to open the silverware draw & saw 1. I killed it. Didnt eat & left. The 4th& 5th day we all spept at my mothers house. So the 6th day we all were tired came home lifted the sheets & about 50 ROACHES are in between the sheets....i have video's & several pictures. I contact vrbo...they never got back to me after they said contact hose. I contacted the host...not even wanting a refund. Just telling him he needs to have an exterminator out (i was going to stay another week if he took care of the problem) he said he will have someone out asap. No one came. So i checked out. The next day i get an email from the travel insurance protection plan thing i bought from vrbo. thank god i did buy it. He lied & said we smoked....again none of us smoke cigarettes. Only vape!!! Charged me 150 for smokine. 250 for sheetrock?? No one put any holes in the walls! Weird!! Then 25 for silverware. 25 for sheets. 25 for blanket. We didnt do anything to his property. He scammed the insurance for $500 & lied!

Inside was clean and spacious. Neighborhood was ok.

Can't complain. Served its purpose, place was clean beds were comfy. Had everything that the ad stated. Needed to add an extra night and had no problems with the request.
