The one restaurant is expensive and the food is horrible!!! You read the menu thinking it sounds good but it’s not…..the check out process was pathetic. We were on a business trip and tried using the express checkout feature. The phone system was “full and you could not leave a message” which is how you do the express checkout. The lightning in the rooms is poor. I understand saving electricity or whatever but I also need to be able to see to get dressed. No, I’m not old. Under 50. They were all just barely at a brightness of “dim.” Plus there’s really no place to park other than the garage and they charge you for that.

There was no microwave and it was said that someone would go into room we were there 3 days and not once did we get the houskepper to clean we threw out the trash ourselves and not only did we pay for the stay we payed an extra 50 dollars a day.

My wife and I traveled to Houston for medical appointments. The bed was very nice, the hotel shuttle was on time and very helpful for getting around the area. The staff was excellent!

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it. The only drawback is the $15 parking fee. After all we loved the stay feels like home. Hallway and room are clean.
