The staff make the difference here!

The building is clean and new and beds are comfortable. But by far the best part of our stay was every single team member we crossed paths with. They really express hospitality. Plus the restaurant food was delicious. This will be my choice anytime I’m in the area.

Nice clean place near Rice University and the nearby medical facilities. Free hotel shuttle was great. Busy weekend meant we didn't get a great choice of room, but we had to book on short notice.

Very comfortable stay at a great price

The hotel is very nice and new. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room and halls were quiet during the day but some other guests played loud music and talked loudly late at night. No microwave in room, but there's one in the lobby. Shower was not user friendly, as it is designed to be handicap accessible. The pool area is very nice with views of the medical center and the jacuzzi was nice but too small for how strong the jets are. Parking is extra $15/day which wasn't specified at booking, but the parking garage felt safe, so that was a plus. Good breakfast in the morning with several food options for a hot or cold breakfast. The staff kept all common areas clean. It was an enjoyable stay, and we felt safe staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the medical center, museums, NRG, Hermann Park, the zoo, Galleria, midtown and downtown. Would recommend.

The hotel was very nice i gave a 4 stars only because I payed for 2 room in advance for my family . I thought everything was set but when i got to the hotel they told me that i had to pay a deposit for each room which was $50 for each room. I didnt mind paying for it but my card didnt have enough money on it so i had to catch an uber back and forth just to find somewhere were i could load money on to my card. Which took alot of time we were celebrating my daughters birthday this delayed our plans check in time was at 3pm . We didnt get to our rooms till aound 8pm. I feel like they need to clearly state this wjen someone makes a reservation.
