One bad interaction ruined the whole stay

Stayed during Hurricane Beryl with my family. Rooms were adequate, but one unfriendly staff member soured the experience. At check-in, she was cold and indifferent. Shower curtain didn't fit, causing water all over. Later, asking for bedding and towels, she was reluctant and dismissive. Her lack of kindness made our stay unpleasant despite the circumstances. We stayed here after we had been without power for a week. The hotel was older and the room was fine for what we needed but not super safe. The safe in the closet wasn’t sturdy and absolutely could’ve fallen. Other than all of that, it was an okay place.

It was ok. Clean but old. Carpet seemed worn in one of the rooms. Staff was nice day 1, but when a bew lady came she was unpleasant. Honestly, id of given 5 stars all the way around if staff had remained consistent.

The staff was wonderful from the moment we checked in. The room itself needed work but rhe layout was awesome for our family. The kitchenette was great to have. Breakfast in the mornings was good as well. The facility however needs attention. Hot tub broken, door scanners broken, elevator not working, mattress pads that were used as comforters, rust on hinges, wall paper peeling off, carpet in hallways bunched up and only 1 working dryer for the entire hotel. Would i stay here again. Maybe.Yes because the staff and the room layout worked so well for our family. No because the facility needs attention.

They need to do better on blankets. We asked for blankets several times bc all we had was mattress covers they put on the bed to imitate duvet covers. Staff was nice but they didn’t haven’t enough supplies

Had an amazing stay loved the room because it was so big it fit all 7 of us and we all slept comfortably! And the breakfast and staff were amazing and helpful every morning we were there.

A couple of bummers but over all it was ok.

The steps and noises from the floor above were heard till 1am. Also we got charged $60 more than what the site was in. Other than that the beds were nice, room clean, air conditioner working good, parking lot secured.

The staff was friendly and efficient on check in and check out. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The property and the room were a little worn out. Walls in room were scuffed and marked the beds were squeaky and the water temperature in shower was inconsistent from hot to cool. Property was clean.
