New build, conveniently located Houston proper.

New tract home located in a gated community. The host does have a remote to the gate and a garage door opener for you to use. We did have minor issues with getting the main gate to open using the supplied code. Being that the area was still so new, there wasn’t a grocery store or a variety of restaurants that were close by. That will resolve itself as the area gets more developed. House had all the basic necessities as far as cookware and linens are concerned. it will start to fill out more as the house continues to host more people. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house backed up, to a pond which was nice to look at. The driveway is shaped funny, did to thrrr being a utility box on the left side. You have to be mindful that it is there when pulling in or out of the driveway with your car. Communication with the host was decent. They list a phone number as a contact, but will only respond through VRBOs messaging system. Checkin instructions were not sent, until prompted by us. Overall experience during our 2 night stay was positive. We would consider staying here again and would recommend.
