This includes three bedrooms (primary bedroom with a king bed, Zen Room with a queen bed, and Double Bed room with a single bed), a game room, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and all living spaces. Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet. Outdoor spaces include a patio or balcony. Parking is available for free on the premises and on the street. The game room has an air mattress.

Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited without the approval of the host. A fully refundable $300 incidental deposit is required for guests with no or low reviews. This deposit covers potential damages or policy violations and is authorized 48 hours before check-in, then released 2 days after check-out if no issues are identified.
