Front desk staff were awesome-I could only book a smoking room through Hotels.com, but they were able to get me into a non-smoking room (huge thanks!) and were so nice about it. We were there during the winter storm that shut down the airports for multiple days and our flights were getting delayed & canceled continually-they graciously extended our stay and honored discounts we received with the initial booking. Very impressed.
Also, the rooms were spotless-very clean. There were 2 bottles of water on our table for our use. Kitchenette area didn't have anything to cook with, dishes, nor utencils (if this matters to you). Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo/body wash in the showers, conditioner travel bottles, and prepasted toothbrushes with a floss stick wrapped up. Water was nice & hot.
I only stopped by breakfast late on 1 morning, there was 2 cereal choices, prepackaged muffins, a milk gallon, & Sunny Delight. They have a coffee/cappuccino maker 24/7-lovely!
Adequate parking. Very close to airport, but on the north side so you don't hear planes all night but it does cost more than expected to get an Uber/Lyft (with the airport fees it was roughly $20 each trip). Convenience store adjacent to hotel has ample food & snack choices.
