You’re minutes from Lake Houston, Deerbrook Mall, great dining, and a short drive to downtown Houston. Nice, clean, quiet location in a cul de sac with the greenbelt trails connecting there but only 5 mins from Kingwood or Atascocita and 20 mins from the airport. Lots of space in the home as well. Communications with the property manager was excellent.
