This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy feel that made it feel more like a bnb-style home than a typical hotel room. The space was thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities (dishes, kitchen supplies etc) made it feel truly livable for a couple, even for a long visit. It’s clear the property management put care into every detail. The accommodations were convenient, welcoming, and made the entire experience stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was at the 17th floor suite and found the unit very noisy wtih street noise below on Rusk. Unit also had a leak in the toilet (which facilities fixed but there was water pooled in the unit when we walked in), loud refrigerator compressor (i unplugged it after the 3rd night).

The room was not hoovered. There was no hand soap... And as soon I came in I was hit by a really weird smell. You can't open the window/ there isn't a vent system so I was stuck with the smell.
