Property seems like a starter property; faucet and doorknobs weren't tightly secured in place. It was clean; small issue w ants coming out of locked closet. Property was secured with cameras and a gate. Definitely necessary for the neighborhood. We didn't experience any issues personally. The was a police chase through the neighbor while we were there. Helicopter flying over.

Quiet block and a nice house. Two blocks up on the Avenue is a little sketchy, But I'd definitely rent this property again.
