Clean room and bathroom. Lobby area was nice. Interior was nice and they are still improving it. They could maybe out a better breakfast other then cereal and juice. Exterior looks are deceiving. Ok on the outside but nice in the inside. But they are making improvements. Walking distance to NRG stadium. Overall I would stay again.

One of the elevators was out of service, and the stairwell posed a serious safety hazard in the event of an emergency. The exterior door in the stairwell was also unsafe, as it lacked a functioning handle.

Building is very old and not well maintained. Elevator had not been safety checked and was missing pieces of interior wall. Ritalin closet next to elevator on my floor had been ‘broken into?’ And had smashed handle and lock and was always open. Hotel had gates around the property that didn’t get opened in the mornings like they were supposed to so it made travel difficult.

This hotel room is so old. The bath tub held water at the bottom. It was not safe. I don't think they ever clean. I didn't see one house keeper. The stair case at the end has no handles. It’s a terrible hotel.

I saw some other reviews and was worried but the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The caulk in the bathrooms was brand new and so were the bathroom countertops. My one issue was the bathtub didn’t have a plug so no tub bath; and the water wasn’t as hot as I like. Breakfast was good but limited in selection. Overall pleasantly surprised and satisfied.
