Absolutely amazing service ! If I could give 6 stars I would , the manager to the staff just great ! Hotel is was really nice and convenient if you want to go to the beach ! Can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Grand ! The only little glitch was the internet wasn’t working the first day but they got on it got it fixed and even gave me dinner and a better room … Thank you the wonderful experience Hua Hin Grand Hotel 🙏

I thought the location is very central.. to everything. A little noise at night. Not that bad.the staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was good.. pool was large size.nice for swimming..Always service with a smile 😀. I plan to return again in near future.. thanks again to management and staff for a enjoyable 30 day stay..

A week in Hua hin

The hotel was very clean and the room cleaned every morning , Breakfast was buffet stile and there was a good choice to choose from ranging from Thai breakfasts rice and currys to western Breakfast eggs bacon toast fruits . The hotel is next to a hospital and there is a constant arrival of amberlances . The area is ok but all restaurants cash only no credit card

Great hotel, fantastic location

This hotel is in a great location close to shops, bars and the beach. The Hua Hin Market Village shopping centre, beach and railway station are all within about 10 minutes' walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice swimming pool.

My hotel check-in experience was marred by two significant issues. Firstly, the front desk staff member appeared overwhelmed, leaving my passports unattended in the scanner. This oversight caused considerable anxiety and could have had serious consequences. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial negligence was unacceptable. Secondly, the hotel failed to deliver on the promised taxi service. After retrieving my luggage, I waited in the arrival hall for 15 minutes without any guidance from the hotel regarding the designated pickup location. This lack of communication forced me to arrange alternative transport, resulting in an unexpected $100 THB gas fee. These incidents collectively point to poor hotel management and raise concerns about the establishment's suitability for listing on Expedia.
