Great Stay with Some Improvements Needed I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Guadalajara. The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city. Room service was excellent — quick, attentive, and made my stay more comfortable. On the other hand, I did notice staff openly discussing work complaints in guest areas, which felt unprofessional and affected the atmosphere. The main issue came at check-out: I had a credit balance, but the front desk couldn’t process my refund due to an earlier clerical error. I was told it would be handled later, but I left without clear confirmation, which was frustrating. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located hotel with good service, but management should improve staff professionalism and front desk procedures to ensure a smoother guest experience.
