The hotel is clean spacious and the roof top bar is a great place to have a relaxing drink. The credit policy they have is wrong. I placed a 2k peso deposit at the front desk, We then had charges of 600 and 1,200 pesos at the bar. The restaurant demanded that I pay the 1,200 bill in cash. I advised that I was a guest and would settle up on check out. the result was a comfrontation with the manager. Nice touch for a vacation. In the end, I paid 2,200 pesos to cover my 1,800 peso tabs. I have traveled a fair amount, and never been confronted in this manner.

My sister and I stayed for two nights we both work remotely and had a bit of inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection dropping in the middle of our conference calls. Wifi network is weak. Also at the time of checkout, Make sure if you want to go to the rooftop to do so before the check out once keys are turned in they will not allow you to go up unless you pay $18 cover fee per person, we wanted to grab a bite to eat before leaving but the $38 added fee was just ridiculous.

Property and location is perfect, however, management and staff are really unprofessional. Roof top does not prioritize guest, they focus on locals. Accessing a good table is impossible. If you have a guest visiting you past midnight, front desk wants to charge a fee otherwise they are not allowed. Because of this inconveniences, I asked to speak to a lead manager in two occasions and they never got to me. I will for sure
