A little further away (35 km) you can visit the Château de Talcy in Renaissance style, and 40 km away Chambord attracts with the largest castle in the Loire and a great nature reserve. Also worth a trip is the city of Blois, 50 km away, with its cathedral, a museum that takes its visitors into the world of magic and enchantment, and a historic bridge over the Loire. Its illumination and an accompanying music make the visit to the castle in Blois a special experience. Chaumont-sur-Loire (65 km) also has a chateau, but also a sculpture trail and several show gardens. On the marked circular route "Loire à vélo", sporty vacationers can discover the Loire by bike.
