Disappointing

Booked for 2 nights stay. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road. If you where in a hotel you would have asked to move rooms. I was in touch with the owner throughout our 'holiday' but the blame was put on the site and they where asked to sort the issues. These should have all been sorted before guests arrived. Ive tried to be civil and request a refund for such a disappointing stay but with no luck. Really disappointing and i wont be visiting again. Only nice thing is the caravan is right next to the fishing lake; lovely view and its also a short walk to a nice rocky pebbley beach.
