Great mid-level hotel in Corner Brook. Comfortable room with two double beds, desk, two chairs and a small refrigerator. Check in was great with a very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry room is clean and easily accessible. Breakfast was good the next morning.Locatiom is great and able to walk to several restaurants. Good easy parking.

We had a pet friendly room but it hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There was dog fur everywhere, stains on the bed covering. The windows were barely transparent there was so much dirt.

Nice location but room smelt smokey and like it had been closed up and not used in a long time. Old furniture and too much furniture. Bathroom had mould and mildew in the shower and all bathroom fixtures were very old and worn out.

It was a nice comfortable room. We were late check in as our flight didn’t arrive till 1am. We were granted a late check our. However the housekeeper was banging on our door at 11:15am disturbing us. 😔

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel quite tired. Elevators and windows dirty. Rooms clean but furniture questionable. Keurig in room with coffee/tea but no sugar or creamer. Restaurant food good and large portions.
