Came with my two kids to visit Hershey Park. Very close and easy to get to the park, 7/8 minutes away. Room wasn't too bad but you could tell pets were in the hotel based on smells/condition of the bathroom and elevator

No in room ice bucket. No in room glasses or cups. You could hear other tv's, people talking in other rooms. Every sound made in the hall from the elevator to people running and walking. Beds were not comfortable, staff seemed indifferent to our presence. People using toilets and showers in other rooms noticeable. A place to lay your head, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Rhe ice cream shop across the street was very good.

The location was great going to Hershey Park and available food options. The room was nice and clean. Staff was great and inviting. We left early to head home and the free breakfast was great.

Great Hershey Park stay for the price

Great location to Hershey park, about an 8 minute drive. The lobby is nice especially for the price. Free lemonade, coffee, and cookies available throughout the day and the breakfast is good for the price. No hot breakfast items but the bagels were good. The double room with sofa is spacious. Plenty of room for a pack n play. My only complaint is the shower floor was a little off color and there’s some mystery splats on the wall but again, for the price this is a great stay. The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating :) I forgot his name but it started with an A, super nice guy!

Excellent. Recent renovation. All new beds, furniture carpet. Renovated all new bathroom. Very clean. The new beds and pillows were so comfortable. Best night sleep! Excellent hard working friendly staff. Great breakfast. Coffee & tea 24/7. Liked it so much, stayed an extra night.

Upon our arrival from Lancaster, we checked into the Spark Hotel with no issues whatsoever. The receptionist Alba was extremely professional and very sweet. Even though we were a party of eight, she took her time in greeting us and being kind to my two autistic sons. She made us feel very welcome and proceeded to give us our room keys. She was very efficient because she even reminded me both of my special room requests were met. Throughout our stay, we were always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Alba. We will definitely be returning to the Spark Hotel for our next summer trip!
