Honest staff! Memorable stay

Our stay was above and beyond our expectations! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the main attractions. It was modern and clean! I also wanted to add my fiancée left her earrings in our room. We called 4 hrs later to mention we left them. The staff was honest and found them and called us right back!! Thank you so much!! Honest staff and overall a great hotel. We will be back again this summer!!!

Clean but not accommodating

We asked for adjoining rooms could not be accommodated. The room was very clean. The room we stayed in must have been above some kind of machinery that kept going on and off all night and kept me up. I was able to hear the people above us walking back and forth all night. Also the elevator dinging loud every time someone got off and on. I asked what time was check out and was 12:00pm. We went out to breakfast and had put our bags in the car but had not handed our cards in or checked out. We planned on coming back till checkout. When we got back at 11:15 our room was already stripped and being cleaned. My daughter said something to the cleaning people about how we had our room till 12. But they just laughed in our face. So she went to the desk but they were no help. We booked there because they said they had a pool. No pool. False advertising.

I would have to say I drove from far, when I arrived we were greeted by a women by the name of Michelle she made us wait for 15mins as she was finishing a transaction but was on her cell phone , we arrived early but our check in was at 3 we asked how much it would be and she said 75 since I drive 6 hours with my kids and three elders we all agreed to pay it. So as I was going to pay I saw on the paying machine 230.30 and I was like wait my hotel is paid all I should pay is 75 and she like i don’t know but I have to pay that. Then I said hey listen I’m driving from far could you please stop being rude and help us ever since I asked her she went off saying we can now wait till 3 and then another co worker came and she went to the back room and was talking about us, then as she left she slammed the door and was rude and kept repeating don’t help them terrible experience. Then a young lady that came on her shift called her manager who then didn’t want us in the hotel but she ended up explained hey they are here with kids and elders and then he agreed to have us stay. This young lady was so nice those are the ppl y’all should have there at all times!!! Her name was Aligha Placensia and she apologized and accommodated us great till the end.

1st, I want to highlight that every staff member I ran into was friendly and courteous, and the hotel decor was nice. Some things I would warn others about: if you're a light sleeper, we could hear the people walking around in the room above us quite clearly, and the walls were very thin on either side. If you're sensitive to smells: though the room looked clean, there was a musty smell to it that hit you each time you walked in the room. If you're a big breakfast person: you may want to skip. My son wanted apple juice, and it came out as straight water, and my other son tried the orange juice and got water tinted slightly yellow. Not many options, and not a great start to the day. I know we didn't book a stay at the Ritz Carlton, but I did expect a bit better of a property that opened 2 months ago. I don't think anything can be done about the noise but, the staff did seem capable and kind, so hopefully they can work out some of the other kinks.

Great place to stay at a very affordable price. In very close proximity to Hershey Park. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. The only issue we had was with teh breakfast. Supposed to last until 10am but they were out of all bagels, eggs and similar before 9am. Only cereals, oatmeal one or two fruits were left. Constantly out of coffee as well. Other than that great place.

The best hotel in the area. The beds are incredible and hitel cleanliness is that of a Disney level 5 star hotel. No pool but has everything you need for a safe comfortable stay. You get what you pay for!

We stayed here for three nights and overall, it was a decent stay for the price. The location is great—very close to the park—and the rooms were clean, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few letdowns. Although this hotel is advertised as brand new, it feels more like a motel refurb. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. It’s advertised as being available until 10 a.m., but in reality, it’s only available until it runs out—which can be much earlier. Once it’s gone, it’s gone; they don’t restock, but you can buy food from the front desk if needed. Breakfast includes muffins, two types of bagels, cereal, and apples or oranges—not much variety, and definitely not enough if you’re not an early riser. Also, when I searched for hotels with a pool on Orbitz, this one showed up—but there is no pool here, so that was disappointing. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, clean place that’s close to the park and don’t mind skipping breakfast or heading out early, it’s a solid option.

The room was comfortable but breakfast was a joke

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast left much to be desired. They offered breakfast from 6-10, but did not bother replenishing anything during that time, or cleaning the area. We got there at 9:15 and there was barely anything left and the counters were a mess. When we asked if there was anything more we were told no, even though breakfast was supposed to last another 45 minutes.
