The room is clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and parking is good. The only issue is no elevators which is difficult for seniors like me and my husband. Otherwise, our group of 14 had a very great time at the hotel

The Comfort Inn Huntsville is a clean and comfortable hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff. The included breakfast and free parking add good value, though some areas and room features feel a bit dated. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short, pleasant stay.

I was a solo female traveller who arrived to hear (and only after I'd checked in) that the windows were covered with a film so we can't see out bc of renovations. There would be a crew on the roof all day and that I had to move my vehicle in the pitch dark at 7a.m. the next day to the mall parking lot and walk back over. There were drunk construction workers rowdy all night both nights in the rooms around me and in hallway and blaring music from their Davey Tree Co trucks outside for a full hour between midnight and 1 a.m. and nothing done about it. It was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced.

Room was supposed to be non-smoke but has very bad smoke smell in it. I complained and the front desk lady came to room and said it doesn’t smell like it and gave me room freshener can t spray during my stay. My wife and kids looked at each other and shook their heads. There were no other rooms available to change to so we had to suck it up.
