cooperative and responsive

The Host was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving a minor issue at check-in! We were able to cooperate and resolve the unexpected issue. The unit is very well taken care of, organized, clean, with all the necessary items for a nice stay. The location although a bit out of the way, is quiet, safe, and easy to get to and from by car - no problems.
