Well to start I was a very bad situation turned to wonderful turned back to a horrible situation because there was an assistant manager that has now blocked me from staying at your hotel because she was in a power trip then informed me nothing I said mattered because my mother paid for the room little did she know it was with my money and I was in a position that was bad and she made it worse never again will I ever recommend this hitel

Clean, quiet property with friendly staff

This is the 3rd or 4th year in a row that was have chosen to stay at this property for our Kolbe Prison Ministry retreat for the Ellis Unit in Huntsville, TX. Our home parish of Christ the Redeemer is in Cypress, TX and about 1.5 hours away from the Ellis Unit where we do a 3 day retreat for the incarcerated. The staff at Day Inn has always been happy to accommodate us as we typically need a block of 10 rooms during our 3 night stay. I needed a lower floor because the guy I was rooming with was a little older and wasn’t comfortable using the stairs. Even though I forgot to ask until the day of arrival, they were able to accommodate. The rooms are VERY clean, the beds are super comfortable and quietly located away from the I-45 N feeder road. Excellent value and friendly staff. Looking forward to next year.
