the staff was friendly. the hotel was exceptionally clean. breakfast was good with hot options like waffles, eggs, sausage, grits. they also had cereal, yogurt, muffins and croissants. the Community Coffee machine was nice so you had more options than just black coffee. the man working the breakfast was very friendly. housekeeping came by daily to take trash and bring clean towels.

Everything was nice, clean well taken care of and the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing i would change is that i would make the blankets, pillows, and towels softer. They were all a little crunchy, not dirty just a bit stiff. Other than that it was a great stay

I thought I would book this property because it was convenient, however, I would not say again. The Globetrotters were in town and parking overnight in the same parking structure as this hotel with people going to the game paying five dollars for the night but the hotel guest paying $15 a night was ridiculous. I was also not made aware of a pet fee of $75 per pet. We had multiple pets with us because we were moving from one state to the other, of which I had explained to them. We booked two suites and neither of them had cold water. We didn’t realize it until we got settled and everything unpacked. We went to the front desk and they had to move our rooms. It was very inconvenient and quite annoying. Who opens a brand new hotel and doesn’t check the plumbing etc. The next morning, I go to take a shower and the shower doesn’t work. I had to lay down in the tub to wash my hair. I would not go back.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The facilities were very well kept and clean. The hotel was also extremely convenient to everything downtown has to offer. I would definitely book again!

The staff was super nice, the room was spotless and comfortable. They charge $15/night for parking though, I don't think that's right. And the lighting in the bathroom is not conducive to putting on makeup.
