This hotel is brand new and beautiful. The color scheme is soothing and tasteful. Our room was so comfortable. The fitness room had everything I needed for a great workout and cardio. It was near lots of restaurants.

Parking was semi convenient. The parking lot was well lit. The lobby and hallways smelled delicious however the actual room had an underlying dirty stinch!! The housekeeping staff must just do the mandatory and NOT go a step above by truly cleaning every surface. The tiny countertop microwave was filthy....the plug in desk lamp to charge your tech was filthy.....while this appears to be a newer structure, it's obvious they're not paying close attention to the cleanliness details. Wasn't awful, just not to our standards.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Athens. The hotel is brand new and only been opened for 6 weeks. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was fresh and much better the two other hotels around it we had stayed at in the past. highly recommend!

Best hotel stay in our 12 day cross Dixie trip!!!! This hotel is practically brand new, beautifully appointed, easy to get to from I-65, in a great AL town. The room was super spacious, with a chaise and ottoman for reading or movie watching. The bathroom was spectacular, with ample quartz countertops, and an oversized shower. Great water pressure, and luxurious glass doors. It was such a treat, and we would most definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens, AL!!!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a long day’s travel. The parking lot was well lit, which I found comforting for security purposes. The night manager was friendly, helpful and kind.
