The check-in process can stand some improvements. I was not able to access the unit until an hour after check-in time. The wi-fi is horrible; an the host was very rude after contacting her after being stranded out of the unit. We were accused of back to back messages to the host once the wi-fi came back up. We found a delinquent notice in the door for the host's unpaid rent which sent us into a panic. I will not be staying here again and hope that this platform will do better with there hosts and hospitality.

Awesome property and extremely awesome hosts. Having to use the app to get in the gate and the door was different, but the host talked me through it and no issues afterwards. The property is great, quiet, and convenient to anywhere I went. I will definitely stay here again next time I need lodging in the Huntsville area.
