False advertisement!!

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Booked this hotel after a 7 hour trip only because it advertised a hot tub in the room that we paid extra for compared to a regular room! Go to check in and we’re told that there are no hot tubs in any of the rooms! The manager nor the owner was answering the phone for the guy at the front desk. I contacted hotels.com customer service and was told the hotel is unwilling to do anything because they had a no refund policy for any reason! Terrible experience as the only reason we chose this location is because of the hot tub they didn’t have!

Great room for the price

The check in staff was very friendly and funny. We requested to be close to our traveling companions and she went above and beyond to accommodate our request. The room was very nice. The outside could use some updating.

The property overall was a good value right off the highway. The breakfast is served from 5:30-9:30 and is very adequate. The only thing may have been biscuits were overdone (even burned) and gravy wasn’t refilled but still it was a quite nice variety and provided a hot element. There are some cameras in the parking lot which made us feel better traveling. The ice machine was empty our stay but it is right behind a gas station so ice was easily accessible and anything else we might need. There’s literally a McDonald’s right across the parking lot so very convenient for late night arrival or food. Many options for food and a Walmart a mile away so convenient stop during our trip to Florida.

Convenient location off the interstate. Newly renovated and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety of choices. There are restaurants in walking distance.

We could park just outside our room. We asked for a ground floor room and we were accommodated with a handicap access room. We have allergies to cleaning products and fabric softeners. The room was very clean and no detectable smells that cost us problems.
