The hotel was newly renovated, clean and quiet. It was close to dockfest, walking distance to many restaurants and the arena by son played lacrosse. The price was amazing for the entire weekend.

The hotel is conveniently located a walkable distance to the main strip of restaurants and bars. The accommodation was simple, clean, quiet, and affordable - just what we were looking for. We stayed in a room with two Queen beds and the room was spacious and beds were firm but comfortable. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided, but conditioner is not. A few maintenance improvements are needed: the pull taps on the sinks were very stiff and need to be lubricated. They would be hard to work for someone with arthritis. And the shower head was leaking. Overall, we would happily stay here again.
