Very welcomed at front desk. Very friendly people in the lobby. Hotel appears quite clean. Room was very clean. Only negative was water leaks to floor from shower. Although it was a perfect shower. This building is a bit older so not perfect, but it was clean and comfortable.

After I checked us in that's when the clerk advised me the elevator did not work and that we needed to walk up the stairs to the second floor. I told her that my husband had just had knee surgery a couple of weeks back that it might be difficult for him, could we have a room on the first floor. Apparently, they had already rented out all the rooms on the first floor. He made it up the stairs slowly, but I definitely would have chose another hotel had the clerk told me the elevator was not working before checking in. It's supposed to be a pretty new hotel. It appeared to be clean. However, what really freaked me out was the little cockroach in the bathroom area of the room. Maybe a previous guest brought them in I have no idea but I know for sure we did not. Don't think we will visit this hotel again.
