Staff was very friendly. Front desk clerk took the time to explain how to access the WiFi, breakfast hours, and which restaurants in the area offered a discount for showing your room key. Breakfast was good, I had a nice hot waffle, egg and coffee. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and plenty of free channels on the large TV. Very quiet, did not hear any noise from the other rooms.

Smoking

A number of contractors were smoking outside on premises. The rooms and building were nonsmoking. However the smoke smell was very noticeable. My wife has severe Asthma and coughs intermittently 24/7. For us we might have to start looking for hotels that do not allow smoking on grounds. However we have stayed here before and it wasn’t a problem.

Stopped on our way home from the beach. Front desk staff was super friendly! We appreciated her. Our room overall seemed clean, but smelled of pet urine. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean, but I felt the carpet needed a major cleaning.
