The room was ok but the walls were very thin. Some of the people staying there were kindof shady. Our key wouldn't work on our door the second night but we called the emergency number and they woman loving on property fixed it right away. There was never anyone at the lobby desk so when we checked out, we basically just put the key on the desk and left.

No too shabby.
The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Hangers would be nice to have in the closet. The bathroom could have used sprucing up. The toilet seat had wear spots that wore through the finish. The staff were very nice and very helpful.
Poorly constructed. Hook in bathroom fell out of the wall, the way faucet was installed over bathroom sink left water flow too close to the end of the sink. Just a lot of evidence that is was quickly and poorly constructed.
We had 2 kids traveling with us but had to call down for extra linens to set up the sofa bed. Staff working the front desk and phones were very friendly and accommodating.
For it being an “apartment” set up, I expected more from the amenities. There was one bowl and one spoon for dishes in the kitchen. No filters for the coffee maker, and no sponge or dish soap to wash dishes. We had to purchase ourselves.
When lifting the mattress up to make the sofa bed, there was a ton of dog hair (not our dog) on the underside.
We stayed here during a 2 week stay to visit family. It worked out really well. My husband could work at the desk in the bedroom, while we were in the family room or kitchen. It was extremely quiet. It seemed like most people who were staying at the property were there to work, and it was a very quiet place to stay. We did use the courtyard to BBQ, or to sit outside and relax. The hotel is down a quiet side street, so there was very little road noise. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
