On Thursday night 4/17/2025 going into early Friday morning 4/18/2025 around 12:00am. I went to the front desk to ask for some towels and when I got there, I said hello and a staff member came out form the back office. I asked her "If I could get fresh towels" and she responded back "What you mean you ain't got no towels" and in turn I told her "I wanted fresh towels" and she then told me with her continued attitude "That if I wanted new towels, I would have to bring my old towels back to the front desk." I had no issue in doing so, even though in all my years of staying at hotels, when asking for towels or anything else the staff would just provide you with towels or items requested. What got me upset, is the way she went about the whole situation saying, "What you mean you ain't got no towels" even if that was the case and I didn't have any towels why you would be so rude, asking in the manner in which she did. There is a myriad of ways she could have asked that question in a more professional manner. She acted as if, I was bothering her or taking her away from something more important than helping a customer. When I came back to the front, with my old towels I heard her on the phone laughing and asking the individual on the other end "what you do last night oh for real" and continued laughing. Then I said hello again and she came back to the front, and I handed her my old towels and took the new ones. I will never stay at this hotel again she was very unprofessional.

Staff was extremely helpful.

The front counter person was amazing. She was dealing with an issue that seemed to be caused by a fellow employee and she stayed calm and dealt with some very tired travelers with no problems. Seemed to be a mix up with changing of rooms without putting the changes in the computer. Sadly the room had the smell of wet dog and had paw prints on the floor that I’m hoping was mud but I think that is wishful thinking. The room was mopped and clean but the area between the beds needed a deep clean as to clear the mud/??? Had I not been driving for 14 hours and the front counter not been dealing with the room mix up I would have asked for a new room.

Garbage dump was full of garbage, and residents had to leave the garbage bags on the floor of the garbage dump location, this gives a nasty feeling of the property. The door of rooms are very heavy and with a self shut mechanism, some residents were not very considerate, often they let the door slam shut in the middle of the night, can be very disturbing if you want to have a good night sleep.

The location does not advertise it's an extended stay. The sheets in my room were dirty and the room wasn't very clean. When I addressed it with the staff they gave me new sheets to change myself and then never came to get the dirty sheets. I checked out early and the said they couldn't check me out til midnight, nearly five hours after I checked out. Then I called at 11am and they hadn't checked me out.
