Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings.
This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you’re arriving on a public holiday.
(Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

Check in / Check out information
Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you’re arriving outside of peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in a similar state to how it was found.
A $50 BBQ cleaning fee will be charged if applicable.
