Stayed at Taj Krishna as a wedding was taking place in the hotel. Staff are friendly and assist you where possible. Special mention to the restaurant staff at the hotel as they looked after us during the stay. Only minor thing was that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we had to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel, Taj Deccan. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to stay at the hotel.

Amazing stay. The hotel staff were so lovely. Rachshita even helped me drape my saree. Everything was exceptional. It was a calming, relaxing experience with the welcoming and leaving rituals making every guest feel special. As a female, travelling alone for business I felt very safe. The hotel organised an outstanding driver - Basir- who showed me all ghe sights as well and letting me experience the rich variety of cuisine available. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

I stayed for four nights in the hotel. Hotel location was very convenient. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Air conditioning of my room was not cooling enough, however, Mr. Mirnal provided me a pedastal fan which rectified my issue of cooling up to some extent. Room cleaning service guys were excellent. Restaurant swervice was good, Dominic. Pathak and Sushant was very helpul and provided good services at the restaurant. There were several flies in the dining area of the restaurant which looks dirty and unhygenic conditions. At my floor, I passed thru the hallways, I always felt smell of cigarette smoke which was disgusting and unhealthy. It is supposed to be a non smoking zone. Towels were not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Mirnal is a excellent guy and very courteous.

Our stay was wonderful. My wife and I would like to extend our special thanks to Rakshit at the front desk for making us welcome to Taj , Hyderabad. Rakshit went beyond his job description to help us checkin early and offered to help with our luggage as we travelled briefly out of Hyderabad. The breakfast bar was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh fruits, and savory Indian items such as masala dosa. We would like to thank Prakash at the breakfast place for making us feel at home.

The hotel had so many beautiful details (patterned marble flooring, statues, fou tains, paintings, carved panels,.etc). The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be attentive and friendly/welcoming. We would like to especially mention Biplab for checking in with us each time we saw him and offering us a tour of the grounds. Also chef Uday and the entire staff of al fresco dining. The food was great, and we loved the option to have both breakfast and dinner in the tranquil outside sitting area. We will highly recommemd Taj Krishna to anyone who asks!

Lovely staff, comfortable room and great stay. The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. Perhaps it was unusual.
