I walked in and gentleman was nice. I went to room and the shower was leaking LOUD! there was no latch lock on the door. I called down to ask for another room amd he told me to come down amd get a key. I went back up, to the room next to where i was . I walked in turned on the lignt amd thwre was a roach crawling along the bedside table. I grabed my bag and went right down stairs, waited nicly amd even let someone go ahead of ke because i didnt want to cause a schene ans embarrass the location. He told me i meeded to request a refund. I am still waiting. Horrible experiamce, and this happened on mothers day weekend which made ot worse. Not only have i not been refunded, i havent been apologized to or made right for the inconvenience. Bad business

The stay was average there is no daily house keeping in your rooms, no replacement of amenities if they run out you have to go to the front desk. Even though it's a no smoking room it smells of smoke every time you enter the room

For a Comfort Inn I was highly dissatisfied. Hotel in need of updates. For the amount it just wasn't it. I wouldn't stay here again.

My first room smelled horribly of cigarettes and the sheets were filthy stained up and gross i called down asked if they could bring new ones they said they said they couldnt because house keeping left for the night and to come down and get a new room. I did and the new room smelled worse and the room phone was broken
