La Bastide, duplex villa at 300m from the sea

The house is air-conditioned and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, so it is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine).
We can provide a coffee machine, a teapot and other kitchen utensils on request (please ask before your stay).

You will also find a table to take your lunches inside.

Climb the few steps, and you will arrive in the living room which has 2 sofas and a sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 beds in 90cm).
You will have access to a television and a free Wifi connection.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a double sink.
You will find in the accommodation an independent WC.

Regarding the sleeping arrangements:
- A room for 2 people (bed in 140cm).
- A second room composed of 2 single beds with the possibility of gathering the beds to make a large bed (2 beds in 80cm).

Finally, you can enjoy an outdoor space equipped with a terrace with a pergola, which allows you to dine outside even when the weather is not good, an outdoor table and a plancha.
Two deckchairs are at your disposal to bask in the southern sun.
The garden is entirely closed.

You have a parking space in front of the house.

Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are not included in the price of your stay.

These services can nevertheless be added to your rental on request at the following rates

- sheets: 13€ the single set / 24€ the double set
- towels: 7€ the kit of 2 towels
- cleaning at the end of your stay: 90€.

Located not far from the sea, the Bastide is a small villa entirely renovated and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
