L'emplacement est génial, l'environnement très beau ...Appartement à revoir pour l'humidité, les fourmis qui font leur nid... pas de portillon (nous avions un chien qu'on a dû attacher) dommage ce serait un très bel appartement avec quelques travaux !C'est dommage

⚠️ A fuir, l'annonce que vous voyez avec les jolies photos date depuis au moins 10 ans. La vérité est que l'appartement pu l'humilité et la moisissure. A notre arrivé pas d'eau chaude remis a notre retour pour notre 2 ème nuits. Des champignons intérieure de partout. L'extérieur de cette appartement ressemble a une maisonnette abandonner. Et le propriétaire est un escroc, il n'a pas voulu nous remboursé notre 1 jour sans eau et pas voulu nous trouver un endroit avec de l'eau etc... Pour nos 2 ans de Mariage en plus, nous allons nous en souvenirs. Conseil : ci soucis appelé aussitôt le site de cette annonce, car c'etait a lui de trouvé une solution soit nous relogés ailleurs ou nous rembourser. Ce qui a bien omis de nous dire. Aujourd’hui trop tard pour nous.

Un studio abandonné

En arrivant, l'état de la barrière blanche -impeccable sur la photo- s'avère catastrophique : bois pourris et creux ! Le battant droit de la porte d'entrée ne tiens que par le bas : même fermée à clé, on pourrait l'ouvrir d'un petit coup de pied. En allumant le chauffage, quand le moteur situé sur le toit se déclenche, tout le plafond entre en vibration avec un bruit terrible. Boules Quies indispensables si l'on doit chauffer ou climatiser la nuit. Les plaques électriques rouillées sont en fin de vie. Déplorable...

Week en ascension à 3

Nous avons pasé 4 jours sur place avec notre fils de 2 ans. Communication OK, Espace extérieur aurait mérité un petit coup de propre (table et chaises sales). Les draps ne sont pas très agréables(sorte de matière acrylique qui colle à la peau) Sinon la résidence est super sympa, accès direct à la plage très appréciable, zonz BBQ et transats très agréable, petite superette a 2 pas, très pratique pour se ravitailler
